This article illustrates the importance of the fiduciary duty in the role of administrator in an insolvent company. It also touches on the general principle of fiduciary duty as well as breaches of fiduciary duty.
 
  • Sentencing Drug Offenders: The Movement by Pornsakol Panikabutara. This article discusses the traditional perception on sentencing discretion and the application of modern methods such as the drug court law in New South Wales, Australia, to reduce drug offences.
