Thailand New Blacklist Regulations

by Admin on December 8, 2017

Last year, The Tourism of Thailand posted the updated regulations for the penalties for aliens who overstayed their visa entitlements.

Those who surrender to the police with over 90 days of overstaying will be penalized with a one year ban from re-entering. Those who have overstayed three years or more will be banned from re-entering for five years.

For those who do not surrender and are caught by authorities, the ban from re-entering the country may be more severe. For further information please refer to the updated Blacklist law regulations.
