A bill that sets the legal limit on the amount of THC in a driver’s bloodstream has passed unanimously in the Colorado House on Tuesday. House Bill 1114 designates anyone with 5 nanograms of THC as driving under the influence of marijuana, with penalties similar to those of drunk driving. The law also states that police can’t use medical marijuana patient cards as evidence in a driving-high case.
