Chapter 4

Material Evidence

Section 241 Anything used as material evidence must be brought to court.

In case of is not bring it, the court shall go and inspect and record the report at the place where the material witness is at the time and method that the court deems appropriate according to the nature of the material witness.

Section 242 During the investigation Inquiry into the cause of action or consideration Items which are material evidence must be examined by the litigant or witness.

If the package is altered or the seal is destroyed the new wrapping or branding shall be made in the presence of the party or witness concerned.
