National Rifle Association President David Keene says agreement on how to address gun violence is unlikely to be reached with White House officials. Keene reportedly rejected the outline of suggestions, dismissing any potential ban on assault weapons as both ineffectual and unconstitutional.
Keene’s comments come just days before U.S Vice President Joe Biden is set to deliver a series of proposals regarding gun control.
