The Thailand Journal of Law and Policy is an academic law journal specializing in law, governance and societal issues in Southeast Asia. Previously the Thailand Law Journal, the Journal was renamed in October 2009 and represents a change in the Journal’s governance. After the establishment of the Foundation for Community Development and Legal Reform (FCDLR)—a Thai non-government organization composed of law professors and professionals—editorial and managerial responsibilities of the Journal were transferred to FCDLR.
The Thailand Journal of Law and Policy is committed to developing better governance and social justice in Thailand and the Southeast Asia region, encouraging scholarly discussion and debate through the dissemination of academic oriented articles and encouragement of dialogue on topical legal, social and development issues. |
