During the Philadelphia Puerto Rican Day parade a police officer was caught on tape punching a woman in the face. Authorities said the woman was throwing water or beer prior to the incident.
However, other witnesses stated that it was a different person tossing water. Nevertheless, water spraying or not, it is unseemly for a man to punch a woman, particularly when he is wearing a badge and a gun.
