The Decline of the Medical Tourism Industry in Thailand

by Admin on March 14, 2018

In an interview with the Thai Law Forum and Doctor Zadok Lempert, he discusses how the quality of the medical tourism industry in Thailand has seen better days.

This is due to the privatization of medical services by wealthy Thai families who he has explained have instead of working together as an industry have kept to themselves. Dr. Lempert was the pioneer who positioned Thailand as a destination for medical tourism.

He hopes that the Thai government gets more involved in providing medical services that are more affordable like they used to be when he started his medical tourism company in the early 2000’s.

For applications of the K1 or K3 visa applications a team of Thai and American Attorneys in Thailand are in the most strategic position to assist you because most of the application process is carried out through the US Embassy in Bangkok.
