Prenuptial agreements are a growing trend amongst Asia’s wealthy, reports Barrons.

Even before the marriage takes place, couples are formalizing who gets what should the marriage fail.

Cynthia Lee, head of North Asia wealth advisory at JP Morgan Private Bank says: “It certainly is a rising trend.”
