Wanted: Media Officers

Popular Thailand-based media site www.thailawforum.com is currently looking for two Media Officers (one full-time, one part-time) to work at our office in Thailand, to develop content for our associated media website www.thailawforum.com and our website www.thailand-lawyer.com. Thailawforum.com is affiliated with the Thai law firm Chaninat and Leeds.

Thailawforum.com is an accessible, informative, and entertaining medium for discussions of topical, socially relevant issues. Past articles have focused on Thailand's role as a hub in endangered wildlife smuggling, foreign mafia in Thailand, political issues, Southern Thai culture, and the rights of minorities under Thai law.

Thailawforum.com offers energetic and talented writers a chance to work in a creative, fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing, research, creativity and communication skills required
  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field desirable but not required
  • Computer literacy and familiarity  with Google and Youtube required; familiarity with WordPress and Social Media and experience using these systems in a PR context a plus
