Notification of the Ministry of Public Health
Subject: Names of narcotics of category 5

B.E. 2556

By virtue of Section 6 paragraph one and Section 8 (1) and (2) of the Act. Narcotics B.E. 2522 (1979), the Minister of Public Health, with the approval of the Narcotics Control Board, issued the following notification:

Article 1 shall be canceled.
(1) Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: Names of Narcotics of Category 5 B.E. 2561

(2) Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: Names of Narcotics of Category 5 (No. 2) B.E. 2562 dated 27 August B.E.
Clause 2 The drug shall be punished with the names as follows: It is a narcotics of category 5 under the Narcotics Act, B.E. 2522 and its revised version.
(1) Cannabis, a plant of the genus Cannabis, and various substances or substances contained in the cannabis plant, such as rubber, oil, except the following substances or substances: Only licensed to produce in the country Not classified as a narcotics of category 5.

(A) bark, trunk, fibers, branches and roots
(B) leaves which do not have shoots or inflorescences attached to them
(C) extracts containing cannabidiol (cannabidiol, CBD) is an ingredient and must have
Tetrahydrocannabinol (tetrahydrocannabinol, THC) not more than 0.2% by weight

(2) Hemp, a plant with the scientific name Cannabis sativa L. subsp. Sativa, which is a subspecies of the cannabis plant (Cannabis sativa L.) and other substances or substances contained in the hemp plant such as rubber.
