New Law Against Cyber Bullying in Texas
According to KRGV, Texas has passed a new law against online harassment and cyber bullying.
The new legislation has been dubbed ‘David’s Law’ after David Molak, a 16-year old victim of cyber bullying who took his own life as a result of the abuse last year.

David’s Law allows schools in Texas to investigate case of cyber bullying that occur off-campus. They will be required to implement systems to allow students and staff to anonymously report incidents of online abuse, and to discipline students who commit serious bullying with either expulsion or alternative education programs.
