SCOTUS Approval Rating Near All-Time Low
The US Supreme Court’s approval rating is near a record low, reports Politico. The survey, conducted by the Pew Research Center for the People and the Press, says that just 52% of Americans view the Supreme Court favorably, while 31 percent view it unfavorably.
The actual record low? It came in last summer during the wake of the Obama administration’s health care law, when Americans gave the Supreme Court a 51% favorable rating.
The Pew Center surveyed 1,501 adults March 13-17, and has a margin of error of plus or minus 2.9 percentage points.
