ข้อกำหนด ออกตามความในมาตรา 9 แห่งพระราชกำหนดการบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน พ.ศ.2548 (ฉบับที่ 2) ตามที่ได้มีประกาศสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินในทุกเขตท้องที่ทั่วราชอาณาจักรและได้ออกข้อกำหนด (ฉบับที่ 1) ลงวันที่ 25 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2563 แล้ว นั้น เพื่อให้มีมาตรการต่าง ๆ เพิ่มขึ้นตามความจำเป็นเพื่อแก้ไขสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินให้ยุติลงได้โดยเร็ว อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา 9 แห่งพระราชกำหนดการบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน พ.ศ. 2548 นายกรัฐมนตรีจึงออกข้อกำหนดเพิ่มเติม (ฉบับที่ 2) ดังต่อไปนี้ ข้อ 1 ห้ามบุคคลใดทั่วราชอาณาจักรออกนอกเคหสถานระหว่างเวลา 22.00 นาฬิกาถึง 04.00 […]

ข้อกำหนด ออกตามความในมาตรา ๙ แห่งพระราชกำหนดการบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน พ.ศ.๒๕๔๘ (ฉบับที่ ๑) ตามที่ได้มีประกาศสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินในทุกเขตท้องที่ทั่วราชอาณาจักรตั้งแต่วันที่ ๒๖ มีนาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๓ แล้วนั้น เพื่อให้สามารถแก้ไขสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินให้ยุติลงได้โดยเร็วและป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์ร้ายแรงมากขึ้น อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๙ แห่งพระราชกำหนดการบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน พ.ศ.๒๕๔๘ และมาตรา ๑๑ แห่งราชบัญญัติระเบียบบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน พ.ศ.๒๕๓๔ นายกรัฐมนตรีจึงออกข้อกำหนดและข้อปฏิบัติแก่ส่วนราชการทั้งหลายภายใต้หลักเกณฑ์เงื่อนไขและเงื่อนเวลา ดังต่อไปนี้ ข้อ ๑ การห้ามเข้าพื้นที่เสี่ยง ห้ามประชำชนเข้าไปในพื้นที่หรือสถานที่ซึ่งมีความเสี่ยงต่อการติดต่อเชื้อโรคโควิด ๑๙ ตามที่กำหนดในมติคณะรัฐมนตรีวันที่ ๑๗ มีนำคม ๒๕๖๓ หรือตามที่ผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด […]
