A private room used for client-attorney meetings at a Pinellas County Jail was used by Tampa Attorney Andrew Sparks to solicit sex from two female prisoners. The acts were recorded on the attorneys Ipad and exchanged for money deposited into their commissary.
Pinellas Sherriff attributed Sparks exploiting the system due to client-attorney privacy and that the police at the jail did not suspect anything until they were tipped off about the videos online titled, “Girls in Jail”.
Spark was arrested for bringing contraband into the jail and charges of solicitation for prostitution. The inmates, however, were not charged.
