    พระราชบัญญัติ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมายอาญา (ฉบับที่ ๒๗) พ.ศ. 2562 พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณพระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว   ให้ไว้ ณ วนที่ ๒๔ พฤษภาคม พ.ศ๒๕๖๒ เป็นปีที่ ๔ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณพระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวมีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมายอาญา จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคาแนะนาและยินยอมของ สภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติทําหน้าที่รัฐสภาดังต่อไปนี้ มาตรา      ๑    พระราชบัญญัตินี้เรียกว่า “พระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมายอาญา (ฉบับที่ ๒๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒” มาตรา      ๒     พระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา […]
