ประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เรื่อง ระบุชื่อยาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท ๕ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๒๙ วรรคสอง แห่งประมวลกฎหมายยาเสพติด รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุขโดยความเห็นชอบของคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปราม ยาเสพติดออกประกาศไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้ ข้อ ๑ ให้ยาเสพติดให้โทษที่ระบุชื่อดังต่อไปนี้ เป็นยาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท ๕ ตามประมวลกฎหมายยาเสพติด (๑) พืชฝิ่น พืชซึ่งมีชื่อพฤกษศาสตร์ว่า Papaver somniferum L. และ Papaver bracteatum Lindl. หรือที่มีชื่ออื่นในสกุลเดียวกันที่ให้ฝิ่นหรือแอลคาลอยด์ของฝิ่น (๒) เห็ดขี้ควายหรือพืชเห็ดขี้ควาย ซึ่งมีชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ว่า Psilocybe cubensis […]
